Pensel Data is an extension designed to help Data Teachers (GDM) speed up the process of updating and saving school equipment and infrastructure data through fully automated and semi-automated functions.

The application is developed with a focus on ease of use, speed, and security. Its interface is tablet-friendly, lightweight, and easy to operate for users of different age groups.

Pensel Data is also designed to optimise server usage so that the automation process can run smoothly without disrupting the updating process currently being carried out on the portal.

Security Features

As an additional safety measure, an Emergency Stop (ESC key) is provided to immediately stop the extension if any problem or unexpected situation occurs on the portal.

Pensel Data does not modify or damage your original data. It simply acts as a fast-saving automation tool to help simplify your monthly data updating process.

How to Use?

Equipment Module — Fully Automated

1. Switch to Equipment Mode.

2. Click Start.

3. Allow the extension to automatically save all equipment data until the process is completed.

4. Simple — click Start and let Pensel Data do the work.

Infrastructure Module — Semi-Automated

1. Switch to Infrastructure Mode.

2. Click Start.

3. Click the ✏️ pencil icon for the section you want to save.

4. The extension will perform the saving process for that section and rtteturn to the infrastructure list.

Repeat the process by clicking the ✏️ pencil icon for the next section.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the next subscription renewal cycle. 

When the number of users subscribed to the Yearly Plan reaches 10,000 users,  Pensel Data will be upgraded to Lifetime Access for eligible users.

10,000 Yearly Subscribers = Lifetime Access
